Thanks for the words of encouragement! I am amazed by the changes I am seeing. I really am understanding the meaning of healthy and that it's not just measured by weight. It's a total package. The thngs I am learning from this will always be a part of my life!
Thank you for your encouraging words. I hear that little voice inside me all the time, telling me to give up you cant do it. I love what I am seeing and feeling withing myself and Im gonna continue to push past the pain......
